Our stay with Patrick was a really pleasant experience. With private access to the beach it is the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The housekeeper Tim lives on the premises and has for every question a big smile and an answer. He will help you with anything you need during your mini-vacation. We stayed at Patrick's place with eight people which got a little crowded due to the beds being smaller than expected. But for every group or family of up to five I can highly recommend booking this place! Private balcony, a big garden and clean facilities can be found here and you get great value for your money as the current pictures undersell how great the place actually looks like. Definitely would stay again!

The property was incredible as the beach was your backyard right to the ocean. Patrick's property was clean and had all the amenities that was in the profile were offered. Patrick was very quick in communicating which is very helpful answering questions promptly. I would definitely recommenced everybody to rent from Patrick as this is one of the hidden gems of Mombasa.

The location and size of the house are very attractive and you will love swimming on a private beach 50m away at sunrise. Tim the front manager is friendly and helpful and will attend to whatever you need help with. However prior to arriving Patrick notified us that we had to pay Tim 1000KSH so be prepared with cash in hand at arrival. Also it wasn't clear when we arrived if we are staying at the top or bottom floor so make sure you ask ahead of time to clarify. One of the bedrooms had a broken air con and ceiling fan so we had to share a room. Bugs are to be expected in Mombasa but having holes in your mosquito net can be problematic so check it thoroughly before settling in. There is no drinking water provided so be prepared and don't drink the water in the fridge. It's a lovely house and very spacious but with a few improvements it could really take off!

Nice place close to beach with everything you need home from home. Patrick’s front man Tim was always on hand when ever you needed anything. We all enjoyed our stay here very much.
